Just something to share again. Lately, i have been questioning myself with this " What does Easter mean to me?" I know i have been asking you guys about this question weeks ago because we needed to set the theme for Easter. Honestly, i havent really given much thought to it myself till this week since i had some time to spare.

So, what does Easter mean to you? Besides the celebration that Jesus has risen...we must not forget about this man who has paid the price for us on that cross. The thought of that made me realise that such an honourable man deserved all my praises that i could possibly give. I wanted to desperately express my thanksgiving, my gratitude and i just dont know where to begin. I guess it taught me then, to take my service to Him in this area seriously. He is the main character, isnt it? and on that day, the focus that all will see is Him. I have been thinking abt the songs, and i want to re-choose the songs and choose a christian song instead. i hope that the dance will tell a story and i just felt that besides the celebration and the energy we could have easily displayed, what goes on within is what that matters. Just imagining how Jesus vicariously suffered for us really took away all my pride and my plans and expectations for Easter.
For me, i would say it's back to the heart of worship now. And i want you to feel that happiness as u dance, i want you to know ur purpose and find your contentment in dancing. it should not be momentarily but it's a long lasting fulfillment. That's why i felt that the song lyrics play a very important part.

As you think about your role and how much you want to tell the congregation abt how thankful u are for having such a Saviour, lets dance out that purpose and let that joy spread and fill the sanctuary! Lets hang in there guys! It's not always smooth and sunshine everyday, but at least u know that if you hold on long enough, u'll see the fruits of Your labour. Right now for me, im waiting to see that... (: have a good weekend guys..
